Semantic ATS score checker

Pass the bot filter without keyword-stuffing

We score your existing CV the way modern enterprise ATS systems actually parse: semantic match against the job description, not 2014-era keyword counting. Synonyms, context, seniority, all weighted properly.

  • No keyword over-stuffing
  • Stays readable to humans
  • Accurate match rate per role

Real conversion analytics

Know exactly which roles to drop

See which applications convert to interviews, which stages stall, and which roles waste your time. Know when to follow up, when to pivot, and which postings to deprioritise.

  • Data-backed search decisions
  • Faster pivots away from dead leads

CV edit review · quality check

Suggested edits to your own CV—you decide

Optional assistance compares each job description to your real experience and flags mismatches, gaps, and weak phrasing. You accept, reject, or refine every suggestion. A quality check blocks generic AI slop and unsupported claims before they stay in your draft.

  • Highlights gaps and keyword mismatches
  • Suggests edits; never a full rewrite by default
  • You review and finalise before applying

Edit review · quality check

"Leveraged synergistic frameworks to drive cross-functional impact."

"Migrated 3 legacy services to the new platform, cutting median latency 38%."

Quality check flagged 1 unsupported metric and 2 generic phrases for you to reject.

Cover letter edit assistance

Cover letter suggestions you review and own

Get targeted notes and draft phrasing grounded in the job description and your real experience. Preserve your tone, cut filler, and finalise the letter yourself before you send it. Not a one-click submission document.

  • Suggestions, not a finished send-ready letter
  • Flag generic or off-voice phrasing
  • You edit and approve every line

Cover letter · suggestion draft

Dear hiring team at Aperture Labs,

Draft notes grounded in the JD and your experience. You review and finalise before sending.

How it works

Three steps. Five minutes the first time. Thirty seconds every time after.

  1. 01

Upload your CV and start your pipeline

Drop in your existing CV (PDF or Word). We parse it into structured data you control. Add roles from the boards you use—LinkedIn, Indeed, Reed, Glassdoor, Totaljobs—and track them on a kanban board.

  2. 02

Review suggested edits and ATS scores per role

Paste any job link. See semantic match scores, highlighted gaps, and suggested CV or cover letter edits. Accept, reject, or refine—nothing is ready to submit until you say so.

  3. 03

Track, follow up, and iterate until you land the offer

Every application moves through your kanban with notes, salary, and status. Follow-up reminders and conversion analytics tell you what to keep doing and what to stop wasting time on.

AES-256 Encrypted

Every application, CV, and cover letter is encrypted at rest and in transit.

GDPR Compliant

EU/UK data residency. Subject access requests honoured within 30 days, no questions.

Data Never Sold

Your CV is yours. We do not sell, lease, or share it with recruiters or third parties.

Never Used to Train AI Models

Your data is excluded from model training, fine-tuning, and analytics aggregation.

★★★★★

“I had three interview invites in two weeks after switching from Huntr. The pipeline alone stopped me losing threads, and the edit suggestions just tightened my own wording against the JD. I reviewed every change—that is the entire game.”

Sarah K. Senior Backend Engineer fintech scale-up, London
★★★★★

“I went from a 60-row spreadsheet to a kanban that actually told me what was working. The conversion analytics let me drop 20 dead leads in one afternoon and double down on the five roles that were converting. I would have stayed in that spreadsheet forever otherwise.”

Marcus T. Senior Product Manager B2B SaaS, Berlin
★★★★★

“The semantic ATS score is the only one I trust. Jobscan told me to stuff in keywords until my CV read like a bot, and I still got auto-rejected. This one told me the JD wanted "feature engineering at scale" and I had buried that under a different phrase. I fixed it myself, got the call back the next morning.”

Priya R. Senior Data Scientist consumer health startup (remote)
★★★★★

“I am a designer. I do not want a tool writing my applications. The cover letter suggestions were a useful starting draft I rewrote in my own voice—no fake metrics, no "I am thrilled to apply". I still own every word I send.”

James O. Senior Product Designer design studio, Manchester
★★★★★

“As a hiring manager myself, I know what gets a CV pulled out of the pile. As a candidate, I had no system. Smart follow-up alerts mean I never let a thread go cold again, and the salary field on every kanban card meant I went into the offer call with real comparison data.”

Alex W. Engineering Manager infrastructure platform, Dublin
★★★★★

“I switched careers from ops to backend dev. Free was a real product, not a three-application teaser: the kanban worked, the URL parser worked, and the 3 analyses a month let me feel the workflow on real roles before paying. I upgraded to Pro the moment I started getting callbacks. I have paid Huntr more than this for less for years.”

Daniel B. DevOps Engineer (career switch) insurance API platform, Amsterdam

Questions before you sign up

Short, specific answers. The things we actually get asked.

How is this different from Teal, Huntr, Jobscan, or Simplify?

We are an application tracking and optimisation SaaS first: kanban pipeline, follow-up reminders, semantic ATS scoring, and conversion analytics. Editing assistance is optional and produces suggestions you review—not full resume rewrites sold as ready-to-submit documents. Specifics, with their May 2026 prices: Teal+ is $13/week or $29/mo and is widely used as a CV rewrite tool. Huntr is $40/mo. Jobscan is $49.95/mo for keyword scoring. Simplify+ is $39.99/mo and leans hard on autofill. We charge £9/mo for Pro (100 analyses) or £19/mo for Max (500 plus interview prep notes and LinkedIn outreach draft suggestions). One-click cancel.

Does the AI write my CV or cover letter for me?

No. The product helps you track applications and review your own materials. Optional assistance suggests edits, flags mismatches and gaps, and quality-checks phrasing against your existing CV. Every output is a draft or suggestion. You review, edit, and finalise before you apply. We do not market finished, ready-to-submit ghostwritten documents.

What does the quality check on suggested edits do?

Before a suggestion sticks in your draft, a quality pass checks tone, sentence rhythm, vocabulary range, and unsupported metrics against the rest of your CV. It flags generic LLM-style phrasing and claims your experience does not support so you can reject or rewrite them. You stay the author of what you send.

Is my data used to train your AI?

No. Your CV, cover letters, application notes, and job descriptions are excluded from all model training, fine-tuning, and aggregate analytics. AES-256 at rest and in transit, EU/UK data residency, GDPR-compliant. If you delete your account, your data is purged within 30 days, including from backups. Compare with Simplify, whose business model depends on aggregate application data. We do not run that play.

Can I cancel without calling anyone?

Yes. One click in account settings. No retention rep, no "are you sure" funnel, no email-only cancellation. The button says "Cancel subscription" and it works immediately. We also do not offer weekly billing at all, which is the trick competitors use to make cancellation feel pointless (Teal $13/wk, Simplify+ $19.99/wk). One monthly price per plan, monthly or annual, that is it.

Does it work with Workday, Taleo, and iCIMS?

You apply on those systems yourself. We do not auto-submit, because every tool that does (AIApply, Simplify, Careerflow) breaks on enterprise ATS and can submit to the wrong country, role, or seniority. What we do: parse the job description from any link you paste (LinkedIn, Indeed, Reed, Glassdoor, Totaljobs, and the role pages Workday/Taleo/iCIMS links route to), score fit, and help you review suggested edits to materials you upload yourself. You stay in control of every submission.

What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?

Free is a real product, not a teaser: unlimited tracking and applications, the kanban, the Chrome extension, and 3 analyses every month forever. Pro at £9/mo gives you 100 analyses, ATS score per application, follow-up reminders, and the analytics dashboard. Max at £19/mo gives you 500 analyses plus interview prep notes and LinkedIn outreach draft suggestions. Most active job seekers fit Pro comfortably. Max is for high-volume contractors and aggressive campaigns. Cancel either in one click.

Your next offer starts with a clearer pipeline.
